Beginner-friendly wellness movement designed to support strength, mobility, lymphatic flow, and embodiment.

Meet Amelia

As a wellness guide, Yoga instructor, and women’s wellness advocate, I created the Women’s Wellness Club to help women reconnect with themselves through movement, healing, accountability, and intentional community.

This space was built for the woman ready to return to herself.
